Scheduling a Shipment | Shipping Quote

What information do you need to quote a load?

To quote accurately, we typically need:

  • pickup & delivery locations (or jobsite name + GPS pin)

  • load dimensions & weight (or best estimate)

  • commodity description (pipe, fittings, tools, skid, etc.)

  • pickup time window and delivery deadline

  • whether a forklift/crane is available at pickup/delivery

If you don’t have all details yet, submit what you know — we can still estimate and refine quickly. Our Schedule a shipment form begins our estimating process.

Can we track the load?

Yes. We provide updates by phone/text/email and on our website via custom tracking codes and can share location/status updates when needed — especially for time-critical shipments and coordinated site deliveries.

How fast can you dispatch a driver?

For time-critical shipments, we can often dispatch same-day depending on driver availability and pickup readiness.
If you need an expedited run, include your deadline and we’ll prioritize dispatch options.

Do you take last-minute or emergency loads?

Yes. We specialize in time-sensitive freight and jobsite deliveries — including nights, weekends, and short-notice dispatch when available.

Can you deliver directly to a jobsite, rig, plant, or yard?

Yes. We regularly deliver to:

  • oilfield locations

  • construction jobsites

  • plants & industrial facilities

  • laydown yards and storage yards

If the delivery is remote, please include any gate instructions, contact names, and lease road notes.

What if there’s no physical address for delivery?

No problem — this is common in oilfield work.

We can deliver using:

  • GPS coordinates

  • well pad name / rig name

  • lease road instructions

  • pin drops

  • or dispatch-provided directions

Can you handle multi-stop deliveries?

Yes. We can route and quote multi-stop loads (deliveries, pickups, returns).
Please list stop order, contacts at each stop, and any required delivery deadlines.

Do you provide “inside gate” delivery or only curbside?

We can coordinate access based on the site requirements.
Some locations require safety check-in, escorts, PPE, or delivery scheduling — we’ll follow your site process.

What types of loads do you typically haul?

We frequently haul:

  • oilfield parts & fittings

  • tools, equipment, and skids

  • construction materials

  • pallets, totes, boxed freight

  • jobsite supplies and replacements

If it needs to move quickly and safely, we can usually handle it — or coordinate the correct equipment.

Do you haul pipe?

Yes — pipe loads are common in oilfield and construction logistics.
Please provide pipe length, bundle count, and total weight so we can confirm securement requirements and equipment fit.

Can you haul equipment or machinery?

Often yes — depending on size, weight, and how it’s loaded/unloaded.
If you provide the equipment specs and photos (if available), we can quote the correct trailer and securement.

Do you haul oversize loads?

Sometimes — depending on weight and dimensions.
If the freight may be oversize, submit the load dimensions and we’ll determine:

  • whether permits are needed

  • best routing

  • and whether additional equipment coordination is required
